Just like our business, we try to be flexible when it comes to our service area. If you’ve found us, we’ll probably service you or know someone who will. Call us and we’ll help you out.
We get asked all kinds of questions. Here are the answers to the most common ones.
The bin fee is really simple. We charge a flat fee to drop the bins off and pick them up. We then charge you by the ton for the waste you put into the bin. Lastly, we charge a small gas fee to cover the cost of getting to and from your home.
We do it this way because it’s the same way we incur our costs.
We take pride in our incredible service. Same day delivery if you get me in the morning. If you call me in the afternoon, I can sometimes accommodate same day, next day guaranteed.
Standard is one week. If you need extra time, not to worry. Please let us know how long the job is upon ordering and we will aim to work with your schedule at no extra charge.
Nope! We’ll ask you about the drop off location and any specific instructions when ordering and that will be relayed to an experienced driver. All we ask is that the driveway is clear.
Not to worry. We lay down planks of wood and protection to ensure that we leave the driveway the way we found it. The bin will never touch the driveway.
The quick answer is No. If you want to put the bin on the street, you will have to reach out to the Town or City and get a permit. Any bin on the driveway does not require permitting.
We accept all major credit cards or cash and bill you after we've picked up and disposed of your material.
Nope.
The material in the dumpster needs to be flush with the top walls. Please don’t over fill your dumpster. We’ll gladly come and exchange it for a new one if you're running out of space.
Call us and we can discuss your project and can guide you to the size that makes most sense for your job. We have sizes to suit all jobs, big and small. You can refer to this section for basic guidelines.
